Learn Russian Conversation: Terms & Conditions

We, Two Professors, the creators of Learn Russian Conversation podcast, currently provide accessible Russian-language learning content via our website. This content consists of audio dialogues which are accessible to anyone and transcripts of these dialogues that can be accessed via paid subscription. Information on Monthly or Annual Subscription can be found here.

So that you, the purchaser, can have a good idea of what you are purchasing before carrying out a transaction via our website, you may access FREE sample transcripts.

Purchased content: for your personal use

Once you purchase our Monthly or Annual Subscription you can access the transcripts to all the episodes of our podcast (with the exception of announcements). You cannot download or otherwise save these transcripts, yet you can access them easily through different devices (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet) as long as your subscription lasts. Your purchase entitles you to personal use of our transcripts. Please note that:

• your purchase does not entitle you to make multiple copies of our transcripts, for use with a class of students, for example;
• your purchase does not entitle you to make multiple ‘hard copies’ of our transcripts for distribution to a group of people.

If you wish to use our transcripts with a group (that you may be teaching, for example), please contact us for classroom licensing information. We will provide you with a price-per-student quotation on the basis of (a) the number of students in your group, and (b) the duration of your academic term.

Progress

We are confident that our Russian language-learning content will benefit you greatly in your study of Russian. However, we cannot guarantee that you will reach a given standard of Russian fluency within a given period of time while working on our content.

Errata

We take great care in the preparation of our Russian language-learning content. We do not, however, guarantee that our content will not contain errors from time to time, whether grammatical, linguistic, or factual. Given the many pages of content we create, it does occasionally happen that errors occur.

We encourage our users to notify us if/when they discover an error in our transcripts. As soon as we are notified of any errors, we correct them and upload the updated transcript in question.

New content

We do not guarantee that we will provide new content according to a specific time schedule. We add new content to our site often, although the frequency at which we post new episodes and transcripts to them varies depending on the complexity of the items we are working on at any given time and whether our production capacity is temporarily diminished as a result of vacation schedules, etc.

Changes to transcript content, website, pricing, etc.

We may occasionally consider it necessary or desirable to make modifications to website content we have created. We reserve the right to make such modifications to our content without prior notification.

It is likely that we will change, over time, the prices for Monthly or Annual Subscription. This may result from a variety of factors including, but not limited to, inflation, increased production cost and currency exchange fluctuations. We reserve the right to effect such pricing changes without prior notification.

Refunds

You may access FREE sample transcripts by registering and logging in. This will give you the opportunity to have a good idea of our product BEFORE you purchase your Monthly or Annual Subscription. We do NOT make refunds for the current paid month (Monthly Subscription) or current paid year (Annual Subscription). You can unsubscribe at any moment. Changes will be applied to your account starting from the end of your current subscription period. When unsubscribed, you will still have access to all the transcripts until the end of the paid period. You must unsubscribe BEFORE the payment for the next month (in case of Monthly Subscription) / the next year (in case of Annual Subscription) is processed. When the payment is processed, you can unsubscribe for the next payment period.

No Learn Russian Conversation content may be modified, reproduced, copied (in a manner other than as specified above in the section entitled “Purchased content: for your personal use”) or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission of Two Professors, the creators of Learn Russian Conversation.
